Our warranty service on your new Rasband Home is based on your written submittal of non-emergency items. With the exception of emergencies, there are two times you may submit in writing for warranty service for your new home: once after the first 60 days of occupancy, and, within 30 days before your 1-year anniversary of ownership.

To request warranty service, you may use either the electronic submission form on this page or the warranty request forms provided in your Rasband Homes Owner's Manual.

At your New Home Orientation, our Rasband Homes Customer Care Associate explained home maintenance, systems, our warranty program, and provided you with your Rasband Homes Owner's Manual. At the time of your purchase, the Rasband Homes & Associates Limited Warranty Agreement was included in your purchase documents or in the Public Offering Statement provided to you. Additionally, your Homeowner's Manual contains the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines 3rd Edition published by the National Association of Home Builders. These two documents define and provide the entire warranty coverage information for your new home. If your new home is a condominium, please review and refer to the Limited Warranty section within the Public Offering Statement.
