If you have a warranty concern with your home, Please Click Here to submit any warranty requests. SOS will help you keep track of what’s covered in your warranty and allows you to send work requests to the appropriate subcontractor, while emailing updated reports to the builder.
Rasband Construction LLC Warranty Program
All of the homes built by Rasband Construction LLC include a 1 year warranty based on the National Association of Home Builders of the United States RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES 4TH EDITION. A copy of the Rasband Construction LLC Limited Warranty Agreement document will be included with the Sellers Disclosures. To obtain a copy of this documents before receiving the sellers disclosures please speak with a Rasband Construction representative or sales agent.
